The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment

The return should be reported by e-mail to the store. the application should contain copies of the invoice, personal data and the account number to which the money will be refunded

Returns are processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the return package. and the return does not include shipping, so it is the sum of the returned product itself

The store accepts returns only for products that are not unpacked or damaged

If the return is due to the original product defect, i.e. the damaged product, it will be replaced with a new one, 100% consistent with the description and of full value. if this is not possible due to the lack of the assortment in stock, the store will return the buyer the equivalent of the price of the goods or will offer him a choice of other goods available in the store.
